Curtain Size Guide for Indian Homes
Indian windows standardise around three drops: 5 ft for window sills, 7 ft for standard doors and full windows, 9 ft for floor-to-ceiling and French doors. Measure from where the rod will sit — not from the top of the frame.
Width matters as much as length. Each of our panels is 48 inches wide; a pair covers a 4–5 ft window with proper fullness. For wider spans, add a second pair rather than stretching one thin.
When in doubt, size up. Curtains that puddle slightly look intentional; curtains that hang short look like a mistake. And remember the golden rule — rod 6–8 inches above the frame, always.
